What You’ll Do

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll be the expert homeowners trust and the teammate others rely on.

• Install residential HVAC systems with precision, craftsmanship, and pride

• Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations

• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components

• Connect systems to existing infrastructure and ensure peak performance

• Test, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune installations

• Deliver exceptional customer service—educating homeowners and building trust

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices

• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset

• Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be at least 21)
